Associate Dentist
Dr Suzy is a gentle and caring dentist who creates a calm, welcoming space where every patient feels heard and valued.
She believes dentistry goes beyond fixing teeth—it’s about building trust, easing fears, and helping people smile with confidence again. With warmth and understanding, she takes the time to listen, explain, and help every patient feel at ease throughout their care.
Her Journey
Growing up in Malaysia, Dr Suzy moved to Australia to pursue dentistry, graduating from the University of Western Australia in 2015. Her career has taken her across private practices and public health clinics in regional New South Wales, where she cared for diverse patients—from medically complex cases to rural communities. It was here she developed a passion for restorative dentistry and helping anxious patients feel safe and supported.
Advanced Training
After a hiatus to care for a close family member and backpack solo across the globe, Dr Suzy returned to dentistry with renewed purpose. She is currently undertaking advanced training through a Fellowship in Restorative Dentistry, deepening her skills to provide thoughtful, long-term care that truly makes a difference.
What She Loves
Dr Suzy enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with a special focus on restorative care—helping patients reclaim their smiles and quality of life. Known for her kind, down-to-earth nature, she excels at putting nervous patients at ease, whether it’s their first filling or a full smile transformation. She loves being part of the Yeronga Park Dental family /Kangaroo Point Dental family, where every day is about growing healthy smiles—and caring for the people behind them.
Outside the Clinic
A self-proclaimed adventurer, Suzy once spent months camping across Africa (though she jokes the most perilous moment was battling a stubborn tent zipper). She’s also a Star Wars enthusiast—ask her about lightsaber fencing!
Committed to giving back
She has volunteered with Autism West, facilitating creative workshops to help young people on the spectrum build confidence and connection. Suzy hopes every patient walks in a little lighter, a little brighter, and a whole lot more cared for.
